Privacy

What we collect

• Roster. Name, company, title, emails, phone, photo, membership status, and similar directory fields officers keep for the club.
• Site login. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the name, email, and profile photo those services send. A magic-link or password login uses the email you type. A site login is not club membership.
• Events and payments. RSVPs, invoices, dues, and the $30 application fee. Card charges go through Square. We store last four digits and Square ids, not the full card number.
• Mail. Club emails (invites, invoices, news). Anyone can join the mixer list at /subscribe without RSVPing. We log whether a message was opened or a button was clicked, including browser and device, so officers can see if mail arrived.
• Traffic. Page path, referrer, and user-agent (browser / phone / computer). First-party only — we do not use Google Analytics.
• Photos. Mixer albums you upload, and directory photos you or an officer add.

How we use it

To run the club: mixers, the public directory of Active members, dues, applications, officer check-in, and email about gatherings. We do not sell the roster. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.

The public site shows Active members’ names, companies, photos, websites, and LinkedIn. Email and phone on a profile are for signed-in Active members, except a mixer QR you choose to show in the room.

Who else sees it

• Square, for card payments and saved cards.
• Resend, to deliver club email.
• Supabase, to host the database, files, and sign-in.
• Google or Microsoft, only if you tap those sign-in buttons.
• Vercel, to host the website.

Your choices

Update your profile after you sign in. Ask an officer to mark you Former if you want off club mail. Opt out of I know you on Profile if you do not want your photo in that quiz. To delete a site login or a directory photo, email info@lasvegasskal.com.
